Ingredients:
Ingredients:
4 medium, 32 ounces zucchinis cut in half lengthwise
1/2 C salsa
1 lb 93% lean ground turkey
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp kosher, salt, or taste
1 tsp chili powder
1 tsp paprika
1/2 small onion, minced
1 can diced tomatoes or Rotel tomatoes
1/4 C water
1/2 C Mexican blend cheese

Directions:
Directions:
You chops up some onions. You cook your turkey. You season it with Mexican seasoning, to your taste. You can throw in beans or corn if you want. Then you take your thing and scoop in your stuff. Like, take a boat, scoop it in, put in your glass 9x13 glass, you know. So that it looks like "this" *shows me a picture of the recipe.

Cover it with cheese, Colby jack or Monterey jack or Mexican, doesn't really matter. And then, bake it for 35 minutes! 400 degrees F. Zucchini will be slightly crunchy, not mush. Garnish with green onions, sour cream, and salsa.

Destiny explained this recipe to me, I thought it was humorous! Despite the recipe being fairly simple, I am sure you can get clarification from Destiny.
