1 stick butter
1 cup sugar
1/2 tsp lemon extract
2 eggs
1 cup flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven 350 spray square pan lay 2 cups plum halves in pan split side up sprinkle 1/4 cup sugar over plums. Cream together butter sugar lemon and eggs one at a time.
Sift together flour, baking powder, salt and cinnamon. pour over plums. Sprinkle over the top 2 Tbsp sugar mixed with one tsp cinnamon.
Bake 40 minutes
