1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
1/2 cup butter
1 cup powdered sugar
3 eggs
1 egg yoke
splash of vanilla extract
6 tablespoons flour

Directions:
Preheat oven to 400ºF
Combine chocolate chips and butter in a microwave safe bowl and microwave in 1 minute intervals whisking in between until smooth
Whisk in powdered sugar gradually
Whisk in 3 eggs and 1 egg yoke
Whisk in vanilla extract and flour until smooth
Spray four 1 cup oven safe cups generously with cooking spray
Evenly fill the sprayed cups with the batter
Put in oven on cookie sheet and bake for 13-15 minutes or until the outer edges are set and the center is soft but solid
Remove and cool for 2-3 minutes
Invert onto a plate and add ice-cream and any toppings

I found this recipe when I was looking for cool recipes I wanted to make and I have spent about a year modifying it bit by bit until it was perfect for me. It is hard to get them out of the cup just be gentle and patient with it.
