3 lb. pork sausage
4 lb. ground beef
4 sleeves ritz crackers
4 eggs
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 Tbsp. montreal steak seasoning

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Mix all ingredients together, I use a cookie scoop to make the meatballs about the same size, roll into balls and bake 20 minutes at a time rotating cookie sheets for even baking. When done remove and replace on cookie sheets after cleaning in single layer but can be close together and put in freezer over night then place in freezer bags to use at will.

Aunt Linda helped me create this recipe. We add them to pasta or just eat with dipping sauce or Uncle Tim will put them in a tortilla with other stuff for a quick sandwich.
