1 3/4 C milk
1/3 C honey
1/4 C warm water
2 T active dry yeast
1/3 C powdered milk
1/3 C shortening, or butter
4 lg eggs
6-7 C whole wheat flour (or half regular flour)

Directions:
Directions:
Scald milk then add honey and shortening, dissolve and cool down. Add yeast that was mixed with warm water in the meantime. Add rest of ingredients and mix in mixer with dough hook. Let raise one hour until double in size. Punch down, raise 15 min. Cut into 2 balls, place in 2 loaf pans, raise 1/2 hour. Cook at 375 for 25 min
