½ Cup Flour
½ Cup Sugar
¼ teaspoon Baking Powder
⅛ teaspoon Salt
½ Cup Quick Cooking Oats
2 Tablespoons Heavy Cream
2 Tablespoons Light Corn Syrup
⅓ Cup Melted Butter
1 Tablespoon Vanilla

Directions:

1. Preheat oven to 375º. Line cookie sheet with foil and spray with cooking spray or lightly brush with oil.

2. In a medium bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder and salt. Stir with wisk. Stir in remaining ingredients with a fork.

3. Using a ¼ teaspoon measuring spoon, drop batter onto cookie sheet 3-4 inches apart. (cookies will spread)

4. Bake 6-8 minutes until lightly brown. Let stand a few minutes before removing.
