1 package orange jello
1 small can crushed pineapple
1 envelope unflavored gelatin
1 cup orange juice
1 cup whipped cream
4 oz cream cheese
cup sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve jello in 1 cup hot water. Stir one minute. Add orange juice, let set in refrigerator. Use a 9x9 pan or double for cake pan.

In saucepan, heat pineapple and sugar.
Dissolve gelatin in cup cold water. Add to pineapple. Put in refrigerator or freezer until it starts to set.
Remove and add whipped cream and softened cream cheese.

When jello is set, spread topping over it. Store in refrigerator.
