2 lbs. of 2" beans
2 tsp. turmeric
½ cup dry mustard
¾ cup flour
1½ tsp. salt
2 cups white sugar
4 cups vinegar
3 tsp. celery seed

Directions:
Directions:
Combine turmeric, salt, flour and sugar in bowl. Add 1 cup vinegar and mix to smooth paste. Pour remaining 3 cups vinegar in large kettle and bring to boil with celery seed. Add paste mixture and vegetables and heat through. Pack hot into jars.
