3-4 lbs. pork roast
2 TB brown sugar
1 tsp. cayenne pepper
2 tsp. cumin
1 tsp. salt
1 can Dr. Pepper
1 cup chicken broth
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 small onion, chopped
1 cup brown sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together 2 TB brown sugar, cayenne pepper, cumin, and salt. Rub on roast. Cook on low in crockpot overnight.

In the morning, shred the pork roast. Remove any bones and fat. Put meat back in crockpot and add the following: Dr. Pepper, chicken broth, garlic, and onion.

Keep on low until ready to serve. An hour before serving, add 1 cup brown sugar.
