2- pounds of Jumbo Shrimp, peeled and deveined
1/2 cup of butter, melted
4- Tablespoons of Heinz chili sauce
3-Tablespoons of Olive oil
2- Tablespoons of Worcestershire sauce
2- Tablespoons of fresh lemon juice
1- Tablespoons of fresh Parsley
1 1/2 tsp. of Cayenne pepper
1 1/2 tsp. of liquid Hickory Smoke
1 tsp. of Paprika
1 tsp. of Oregano
1/2 tsp. of Tabasco Sauce
5- Cloves of fresh Garlic minced

Peel and Devein the Shrimp first set aside.
next add all of the other ingredients in a saucepan, Stir and let simmer for ten minutes.
Remove pan from heat and let cool.
Arrange the Shrimp in an oven proof casserole dish and pour the sauce over the Shrimp. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or Preferably overnight.
Preheat oven to 400º and bake Shrimp for 15-20 minutes.
Serve immediately with some crusty French bread, and some new red potatoes, an a fresh salad. Enjoy

Homemade Cocktail sauce:
1- cup of ketchup
1-tsp. Of Worcestershire sauce
1- Tablespoon of red wine vinegar, an a dash of hot sauce
1/2 lemon, juiced
2- Tablespoons of prepared Horseadish
Mix all together and serve chilled.
