1 lb. stir fry meat or any meat cut small
ginger
water
soy sauce
corn starch
mixed vegetables
rice

Directions:
Directions:
Coat pieces of meat with ginger. Brown meat, remove and set aside. Thicken the soy sauce with corn starch in a small pan. If too thick, thin using water. Once a good consistency has been reached, return the meat to the pan and add the vegetables. Heat till hot. Serve over rice.
