1 pastry recipe

Cake filling
2/3 cup ground almonds
½ cup all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
½ teaspoon salt
1/3 cup + 1 tablespoon sugar
1/3 cup soft butter
1 large egg
1 egg yolk

1 teaspoon almond extract
1/3 cup icing sugar
Water as needed to create drizzle

Directions:
Directions:
Line tart pan with pastry; mix cake filling ingredients together, place one tsp of jelly or jam into pastry lined cups before adding the cake batter. Add cake filling. Bake at 350 degrees for approximately 15 mins or until golden brown.
Mix icing sugar and almond extract together to drizzle on top.
