6 lbs of prune plums
2 lbs of yellow onions
4 lbs of apples
3 cups white vinegar
2 lbs of white sugar
2 lbs of dark brown sugar
1 tsp of cayenne
1 tbsp. of all spice
1 tbsp. of cloves
1 tbsp. of ginger
3 tbsp. of coarse salt

Directions:
Directions:
Wash plums and cut in half’s; peel onions and slice thinly. Peel apples core and grate. Place plums, apples, onions into a saucepan with vinegar and bring to boil, stirring constantly. Add remaining ingredients. Bring to boil again. Simmer and cover for about 1 ½ hours to thicken. Pour into sterilized jars and seal.
