3 c. hamburger (1# = 2 cups)
1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 tsp. salt
1 c. oatmeal
1 egg
1/4 tsp. garlic salt, pepper & chili powder

Sauce:
1 c. ketchup
1 tsp hickory smoke
1/4 c. brown sugar
1/4 tsp chili powder

Directions:
Directions:
Mix above ingredients, except sauce, and shape into 9 large meatballs and place in greased baking pan at 350 º for about 45 min. Remove, drain grease and cover with sauce and return to oven for 10-15 minutes.
