1 cup sugar
2 cups flour
4 eggs
½ tsp salt
1 tsp baking powder
1 cup oil
Cherry pie filling, or any flavor desired

Icing
1 cup powdered sugar
½ tsp vanilla
Dab of soft butter
Milk

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients but pie filling. Grease 13x9 cake pan. Spread ½ of dough on bottom of pan, then add pie filling on top. Put spoonfuls of dough on top of pie filling.
Bake at 350º for 45 minutes.
Cool, then mix icing, using enough milk to make it a spreadable consistency.
Spread on cake while slightly warm.
