1 Large Chicken breast or 2 thighs
¾ cup chopped celery
½ onion
1 stick butter, melted
½ tsp salt
pepper
1 Tbsp Poultry Seasoning
1 can cream of chicken soup
½ can water
1 can chicken stock
1 pkg frozen vegetables of your choice
1 small bag of herb seasoned Stuffing
(Pepperidge Farms or equivalent)

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven 350º. While chicken is boiling; mix butter, cream of chicken soup, water, chicken stock and seasonings.
Layer in greased 13x9 casserole dish first chicken in small pieces. Second veggies and liquid except for 1 cup. Third Stuffing then drizzle reserved cup of liquid over top.
Bake 350º for 40 minutes
