20 oz can chunk pineapple in its own juice, not drained

11 oz can mandarin oranges, not drained

2 bananas, sliced

2 cups halved strawberries

1 cup blueberries

3 1/2 oz package instant vanilla pudding mix

1/4 cup granola, pecans, coconut (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
1. Drain chunk pineapple and oranges, reserving the juice in a small bowl.

2. In a large bowl, combine fruits.

3. Sprinkle pudding mix into the fruit juice until combined and slightly thickened.

4. Fold into fruit until well combined.

5. Garnish with nuts and coconut if desired, refrigerate and enjoy!

*TIP: Don't add the bananas until right before you serve to avoid soggy bananas.
