Ingredients:
8-10 Pita Bread (2 packages of 4 each is what we use. Tortillas, english muffins or french bread work, too.)
1 Jar Marinara or Tomato Sauce of choice
2 Cups Shredded Cheese
Assortment of Favorite Pizza Toppings
(Pepperoni, Ham, Chicken, Bacon, Onions, Sausage, Bell Peppers, Olives, etc.)

Directions:
Directions:
Spread sauce on pita bread. Sprinkle generously with cheese. Add desired toppings. Bake in 400º oven 8-10 minutes or until cheese is melted and golden. These make individual pizza's and the kids love decorating their own. Put their pizzas on individual sheets of parchment paper and label with their name so you know whose is whose.

Brink Family Favorite Variations:

Cowboy: Use BBQ Sauce, top with chicken, bacon and red onions
Pirate: Use a garlic/alfredo white sauce, top with cooked shrimp, crab, fresh baby spinach, and thin sliced tomatoes.
Thai: Use a peanut sauce, top with chicken, shredded carrots and sprouts
Dessert: Spread with butter instead of sauce and sprinkle generously with cinnamon/sugar. Top with thin sliced apples or other fruit. Drizzle with glaze of 1/2 cup powdered sugar, 3 tablespoons milk and a sprinkle of cinnamon, if desired.
