1 lb ground pork
1 lb ground beef
cup bread crumbs
1 egg
1 tsp pepper
1 tsp thyme
2 Tbsp granulated garlic
cup catsup
onion, roughly chopped
red pepper, not hot
Dash Worcestershire sauce

Glaze

1 Tbsp brown sugar

Directions:

Preheat oven to 325. Mix seasonings and veggies. Add beef / pork and bread crumbs. Add egg last. Mix altogether well. Do not squeeze meat. Use a loaf pan to shape only. Line a casserole pan, preferably glass, with parchment paper. Empty meatloaf onto parchment. Mix glaze ingredients and set aside. Bake at 325 for 60 minutes. Remove from oven and pour glaze over top of meat loaf. Return to oven and bake for additional 20 minutes or until meat thermometer is 155.
