1 loaf crusty French, Italian or Sourdough bread
**I like to use NAAN Bread cut into small cubes
3 Tbsp Olive Oil (I like to use the flavored oils)
2 Tbsp melted Butter
1 tsp Garlic Powder
1 tsp (or more) Italian Seasoning
1/2 tsp Kosher Salt
1/4 tsp fresh ground Pepper

Note - add more or less of seasonings as you prefer. I like to add Parmesan Cheese as well.

Preheat oven to 375º.
Line baking sheet with parchment paper & set aside.
Cut bread (or NAAN) into 1/2" ish cubes and place in a large bowl.
Mix melted butter, oil & seasonings together and drizzle over bread cubes. Toss until all the bread cubes are well coated.
Spread the bread cubes onto the baking sheet, making sure the bread cubes are in an even layer.
Bake for 12 - 20 min, tossing halfway through, or until the croutons are golden brown. Check occasionally to make sure you dont burn them. Time will depend on the thickness of your bread and your oven
Remove from oven & let cool completely. Store in an airtight container for up to a week or freeze to keep fresh and on hand.
