Directions:
Coat chicken with seasoned flour by shaking in a bag. Dip the coated chicken in beaten egg. Then roll the chicken in instant mashed potato flakes until covered well. Brown lightly and bake at 350º until chicken is cooked through. Chicken should be 165º when done.
