1 pkg. approx 1 lb. ground beef, pork, chicken, or turkey meat (uncooked)
1 C. finely chopped cabbage
1 can finely chopped water chestnuts
3-4 chopped green onions
optional grated ginger

2T soy sauce
1t. salt
½t pepper
1t. Maggie sauce
1 t. sesame oil

(Depending on your taste, add more or less for flavor)

1 pkg. 12-round wraps.

Combine meat, cabbage, water chestnuts, soy sauce, salt, pepper, maggie sauce, sesame seed oil in a bowl, mix well.

Use one 1 tsp. filling for each dumpling. I usually make a few, cook and taste, adjust for flavor.

Fold as directed on package,
Heat 2 T oil in wide non-stick skillet over med heat. Put about third of the pot stickers in pan, cook until golden brown. Add ¼ cup water, cover and simmer until tender about 10 minutes. Uncover and cook until all liquid is absorbed.

Remove onto serving platter.

Sauce:
Soy sauce
vinegar
chili oil for dipping
