8 oz. cream cheese
2 T. milk
2 eggs
1 c. shredded cheese (cheddar and colby jack)
2 T. green onions or chives, if desired
10 slices bacon
2 10 oz. pkg. refrigerator biscuits

Directions:
Directions:
In small bowl on low speed beat cream cheese, milk, and eggs until smooth. Stir in shredded cheese and onions/chives. Set aside.

Separate dough, place each biscuit in muffin cup, firmly press in bottom and up sides. Place half the bacon in the bottom of each. Spoon cheese mixture over bacon. Place remaining bacon on top.

Bake at 375º for 21-26 minutes until filling is set and edges are golden brown.

May refrigerate or freeze if well wrapped. To reheat, wrap loosely in foil; heat 10-15 minutes.
