Crust:
1 cups flour
1 beaten egg
1 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. butter
cup milk
Pinch of salt

Filing:
1 can crushed pineapple
2 tsp. flour

Topping:
1 cup sugar
cup butter
2 cups coconut
1 beaten egg

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients for crust, roll and spread into a 9" x 12" pan. Bake in a moderate oven 5 minutes. In a saucepan put pineapple and flour, boil until thick then spread on the crust. Beat egg, sugar and butter together. Stir in 1 cups coconut. Spread on pineapple layer. With the reserved cup coconut sprinkle on coconut layer.
Bake till pale tan.
