3 C flour
¼ tsp yeast
1 ¼ tsp salt
1 ½ C water
1 Tbs Rosemary

Directions:

Mix all together.

In a separate bowl grease with olive oil.

Transfer dough to oiled bowl.

Let rise approx. 8 hours.

8 hours later.......

Take a tea towel, put corn meal down, mix dough a few times and dump on corn meal. Dust with flour and cover with rest of towel. Let rise 1-2 hours.

Preheat oven to 475 degrees. Put corning ware with lid to preheat in the oven. When hot, put dough into corning ware. Replace lid and put into oven for 20 minutes. Remove lid and cook for 5 minutes to brown. Enjoy.

Makes 1 loaf.
