3-5 lbs. roast
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 package dry onion soup mix
1 can beef gravy
1/2 cup brown sugar
3 TB vinegar
2 TB soy sauce
1 TB Worcestershire sauce
Directions:
Directions:
Garlic salt roast to taste. Put in crockpot. Mix together other ingredients. Pour over roast. Cook low for 12 hours or high for 6-7. Strain gravy to remove lumps. Thicken with cornstarch and cold water mixture.
