1 lb. ziti or penne pasta, cooked al dente
1 onion chopped
1 lb. ground beef, Italian sausage, or ground turkey
2 26 oz. jars of spaghetti sauce
6 ounces slices provolone cheese
1 1/2 cups sour cream
1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
2 TB grated fresh parmesan cheese

Directions:
In a large skillet, brown onion and ground beef over medium heat. Drain off excess fat. Add spaghetti sauce and simmer 15 minutes. On a greased 9X13 baking dish, layer half the ziti, half the sauce, provolone cheese, and sour cream. Top with remaining ziti, remaining sauce, mozzarella cheese, and parmesan cheese. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
