2-2½ cups All-purpose flour
3 Tbsp Sugar
1 pkg Rapid-Rise yeast
½ tsp Salt
¾ cup warm water (120-130ºF)
2 Tbsp butter melted

Directions:
Directions:
In a large bowl, combine 1-1½ cups flour, sugar, salt and yeast.
Add water and melted butter.
Beat with mixer on medium speed for 3 minutes or until smooth.
Stir in enough remaining flour to form a soft dough.
Turn out onto a well-floured surface.
Knead until smooth and elastic (about 4-6 minutes).
Cover with bowl and let rest for 10 minutes.
Roll dough to ⅜" thickness.
Cut with a floured 2½" biscuit cutter.
Place 2" apart on a greased baking sheet.
Cover with towel and let rest in a warm place until doubled (about 30 minutes).
Bake at 375º F for 11-14 minutes or until lightly browned.
Remove to a wire rack.
