2 Pints Ice Cream
1 - 9" Graham Cracker Crust

MERINGUE
2 - 3 Egg Whites
1/4 tsp Cream of Tartar
1/4 C Sugar
1/2 C Crushed Peppermint Stick, divided

TOPPING
Bottled Fudge Sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Spread 1 pint of ice cream in pie crust and top with 1/2 fudge sauce. Freeze about 30 minutes. Repeat.

MERINGUE
Beat egg white and cream of tartar to soft peaks. Add 1/4C sugar and beat until peaks are stiff. Carefully stir 1/4 C crushed peppermint stick into the meringue. Spread meringue over ice cream pie, sealing the edges. Sprinkle remaining crushed peppermint candy over the top. Bake at 475º for 4 minutes
