1 head of cauliflower
1 onion, finely diced
1 bag frozen peas
4 cloves of garlic
2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
2 Tbsp. butter
¼ c. soy sauce
2 Tbsp. mirin,
salt & pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Cook peas as directed by package
Cut up the cauliflower and put into a blender.
Blend until the cauliflower has the consistency of rice.
Add oil to a pan over medium-high heat
Add the blended cauliflower. Let sit for about 5 minutes stirring occasionally.
Add the onion, peas, garlic, and butter, continue to stir.
Once the onions are cooked through add soy sauce, mirin, salt and pepper.
