Ingredients:  
Ingredients:  
Combine 2c flour, 1tsp baking powder, 1tsp baking soda, 1tsp cinnamon, 1/2tsp ginger,1/2tsp salt.

Beat: 1/2c butter and 1c sugar in mixer for 2 minutes
Add 2 eggs, one at a time at room temp and lightly beaten.
Add in 1c pumpkin and 1tsp vanilla.
Stir in flour mixture.
Drop leaping tsp size drops onto cookie sheet lined with parchment paper.
Bake at 350 for 10-13mins.

Filling:4oz room temp cream cheese, 6tbs soft butter and tsp vanilla.
Gradually add powdered sugar 1.5c.
