Sauerkraut Balls Recipe

1½ lb. bulk sausage
1 (20 oz.) loaf bread cubed
1 large (27 oz) can sauerkraut drained, not rinsed
1½ cup margarine
2 eggs
Pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Brown sausage then season liberally with pepper. Add margarine to cooked sausage and put in a large pan. Mix in sauerkraut, eggs and bread. Refrigerate to cool. Shape into balls. Mixture can be frozen for use later at this point. Bake thawed balls at 400º-425º for 10 minutes until browned.
