Ingredients:
Ingredients:
2 packages of goat cheese
bread crumbs
2 eggs
flour
vegetable oil

Directions:
Directions:
Place the goat cheese in the freezer about a half hour before preparing.
Take the goat cheese out of the freezer and cut into coins. The cheese will crumble easy so try not to cut too thin. You should get about 6 coins out of each package of goat cheese depending on the size.
Coat the coins in flour, egg, then breadcrumbs.
Heat oil in a pan to about 350º
Drop in the coins a few at a time, flipping once, until golden brown.
Remove from oil and place on paper towels to drain before eating.

High five Tyler because his recipes are awesome!

Personal Notes:
Picture a cold winter night. You want comfort food, but don't want to order out, so you make some good Tomato Bisque (see page ##) ;)

But what will you have with the soup? You don't have any bread to make garlic bread, no breadsticks in the freezer, and no mozzarella sticks, which lets be honest are a gift from God.

This is where we were at when Casey told me to use goat cheese with the soup. Fried it up, dipped in the soup. Delicious!
