3 Tbsp Butter
1 C Sugar
1 tsp Vanilla
1 Egg, beaten
1 C Flour
3/4 tsp Baking Soda
1/4 tsp Baking Powder
1 tsp Cinnamon
1/2 tsp Nutmeg
1/2 tsp Salt
1/4 tsp Allspice
3 C Diced Apples (1 Golden, 2 Jonathan)
1/4 C Chopped Pecans

GLAZE
3oz Cream Cheese
2 C Powdered Sugar
2 Tbsp Apple Juice
1 Tsp Vanilla
Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients for the cake together, pour into an 8x8" greased pan. Bake at 350º for 40 - 45 minutes. Allow to cool slightly

Mix all ingredients for glaze together, pour over the cake
