Personal Notes:
I absolutely love making foods that are filled with all the flavors of the seasons. Gingerbread is one of my favorite flavors of the fall/winter. It is so warm and inviting.
The first time I made these, I was also making hash browns, and I got side tracking peeling my potatoes and the first batch got burned on one side. It was horrible. But, the rest of the pancakes were delicious!
