Broccoli and Ham Au Gratin Recipe

1 medium white onion, chopped
1 tbsp butter, melted
1 can condensed cheddar cheese soup (Campbell's is a great option)
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1, 6 oz package of cheddar cheese, thinly sliced
1, 8 oz can of sliced mushrooms, drained
1, 10 oz package frozen, chopped broccoli, thawed and drained
2 cups diced cooked ham
1, 2 oz jar diced pimentos, drained
3 cups cooked white rice

1, 2 oz can fried onions

SautÚ onion in butter until tender. Add soup, cheese, garlic powder - heat until cheese melts.

Add mushrooms and add all remaining ingredients - except for the fried onions.

Spoon into a lightly greased casserole dish. Cover and refrigerate overnight.

The next day:
Preheat oven to 350║

Pull casserole out of refrigerator and let stand on counter for at least 30 minutes before baking for 40 minutes. After 40 minutes, add fried onions and cook for another 5 minutes.
