CAKE:

1 box Butter Recipe cake mix
4 large eggs
1 c. sour cream
1/2 c. vegetable oil
1/2 c. sugar

STREUSEL TOPPING:

1 Tbsp. sugar
1 tsp.cinnamon

Baker's Joy Cooking Spray (It has flour in it and my Mother swears by it)

Preheat oven to 350. Spray 10" Bundt pan with Baker's Joy cooking spray.

Pour boxed cake mix into the mixer. Add eggs, oil, sour cream, and sugar. Mix until combined.

In a small bowl, mix sugar and cinnamon for topping.

Add 1/3 of the batter to the pan. Sprinkle 1/2 the topping mix. Repeat until all the batter and the topping mix is in the pan. Bake 30-40 minutes until golden or until a toothpick comes out clean. Leave in pan 10 minutes before inverting onto a plate. You may want to gently run a butter knife around the edges of the pan before inverting onto a plate.

This is another of my Mom's most requested cakes. I had to learn this one in my kitchen under her instructions too. The memories her cakes bring back will always be treasured.
