1 Cup Sugar
1/4 Cup (1/2 stick) Butter
1 Cup Milk
1 Egg
1 1/3 Cup Plain Flour
2 Tsp Baking Powder
3/4 Tsp Cinnamon
3/4 Tsp Nutmeg
1/2 Tsp Vanilla
1/4 Tsp Salt
3/4 Cup to 1 Cup Blueberries

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Prepare muffin tin with paper liners or grease. Cream sugar & butter on low speed until smooth. Add milk, eggs, 2/3 cup flour, baking powder, cinnamon, nutmeg, vanilla and salt. Mix until thoroughly blended. Gently mix in remaining flour. Batter should still be lumpy. Fold in blueberries. Fill muffin tin 3/4 full. Bake 30 minutes or until golden brown.
