Cake:
1 Pkg. Instant Lemon Jello
1 Pkg. Yellow Cake Mix
3/4 Cup Water
3/4 Cup Oil
4 Eggs
1 Tsp Lemon Flavoring

Icing:
3 T. Milk
2 T. Butter
4 Tsp Lemon Flavoring or 3 T. Lemon Juice
2 Cup Powdered Sugar

Directions:

Cake:
Add lemon jello dry to dry cake mix and blend well. Add remaining ingredients and beat for 4 minutes with electric mixer on medium speed. Put batter in greased and floured 10 tube pan. Bake for 45 minutes at 350 degrees. Let cool for 15 minutes in tube pan before inverting on cake plate.

Icing:
Sift powdered sugar and add to other ingredients. Pour over cooled cake.
