1 c. butter (softened)
4 eggs
3 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
½ tsp. salt
2 c. blueberries, drained and rinsed

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs one at a time, beating batter til light and fluffy. Add vanilla. Sift 2 c. flour, salt and baking powder together. Add to creamed mixture and beat. Dredge berries in remaining flour. Fold into batter gently. Pour into tube pan which has been buttered and coated with sugar. Bake in a 325º oven for 1 hour and 15 minutes. Cool slightly in pan, then remove to rack.
