1 - 10oz pkg Frozen Corn, or 1 - 10oz Can Corn
1/4 C Butter
2 tsp Sugar
1/4 C Chopped Onion
1/2 tsp Salt
1/4 C Chopped Green Pepper
1/4 tsp Cumin
1 Large Tomato, cut in small pieces

Directions:
Directions:
Cook all ingredients, except tomato, over medium heat until butter melts. Cover, cook 10 minutes over low heat. Stir in tomato. Cover and cook 5 minutes longer.
