8 roasted garlic cloves
⅓ cup sour cream
1 tsp dried rosemary, crushed
2 cups (8oz) shredded sharp cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Place roasted garlic cloves in a food processor and process for 10 seconds or until finely chopped (can also do so manually with the back of a spoon). Add sour cream and rosemary, process for 10 seconds. Add cheese, process for 10 more seconds, scraping the bowl as you go.

Serve as a spread for toasted baguette slices or crackers, or as a filling for endive spears and cherry tomatoes.
