1 package (16oz) elbow macaroni
2 eggs
1 can (12oz) evaporated milk
cup butter, melted
2 tbsp yellow mustard
1 tsp seasoned salt
1 tsp pepper
8 oz Velveeta cheese, melted
2 cups (8oz) shredded mild cheddar, divided
2 cups (8oz) shredded sharp cheddar, divided

Directions:
Directions:
Cook macaroni according to directions. Meanwhile, in large bowl, whisk eggs, milk, butter, mustard, seasoned salt and pepper until combined. Stir in Velveeta and 1 cup of each shredded cheese.

Drain macaroni; stir into cheese mixture. Pour into greased 3qt baking dish. Top with remaining shredded cheese. Bake, uncovered, at 350 for 25-30 minutes or until cheese is melted and edges are bubbly.
