12 cooked potatoes, grated
/2 C Butter, Melted
2 Cans Cream of Chicken Soup
2 C Sour Cream
1/2 C Chopped Onion
2 C Cheese, Grated
2 C Cornflakes, lightly crushed.
Salt and Pepper to Taste
Directions:
Directions:
Grate potatoes into casserole dish. Mix Cream of Chicken Soup, Sour Cream, Onion, Cheese, Salt and Pepper together and pour over potatoes. Mix melted with crushed cornflakes, sprinkle over top.
Bake 350º for 30 minutes.
