Pizza Casserole Recipe

2 T. oil
1 to 1 lbs ground beef
c. chopped onion
c. chopped green peppers
1 clove garlic, minced
1 lg can tomatoes, undrained
1 sm 4 oz can tomato paste
1 t .oregano leaves
1 t .pepper
1 t. salt
1 T. Worcestershire sauce
1 c. mozzarella cheese, grated
to ⅓ c. pepperoni, thinly sliced
2 to 2 c. uncooked macaroni

For topping:
1 C grated mozzarella cheese
1 t oregano leaves

Parmesan cheese

Brown beef in oil in deep sauce pan. Add onion and green peppers, cooking until onion is clear. Drain off excess fat. Add tomatoes, tomato paste, seasonings, 1 c. of cheese and pepperoni.

Cook macaroni according to package directions; drain. Add to tomato mixture. Pour into greased casserole dish. Add topping. Sprinkle generously with parmesan cheese. Bake at 325 for 30 minutes.

To make 2 smaller casseroles, divide macaroni and tomato mixture into 2 portions. Top each with topping. Freeze. Thaw before cooking.
