3 T flour
½ tsp almond extract
5 oz semi sweet chocolate chips

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 and prep cookie sheet with parchment paper. Bring sugar and heavy cream to a boil in saucepan and simmer for 3 minutes. Add everything else except chocolate chips and simmer 3 more minutes. Spoon onto parchment lined cookie sheet and bake 8-10 minutes. Once done, reshape with circle cookie cutter and let cool.

Melt chocolate chips and spread on the flat side of the cookie. Use a fork to make squiggle lines ("S" shape)

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
A Christmas favorite that I make every year. My daughter Beth (Bennetts) used to love helping make the squiggle lines in the chocolate but could never wait for the chocolate to harden and would eat them right away while the chocolate was still warm!
