Notes: So, I use fresh shrimp, sautéed in pan with butter, old bay, Cajun seasoning and whatever moves me. Or leftover shrimp would do, if there is such a thing. Cook as needed, 6-8 minutes? Martha loves Parmesan, so often I just use that cheese, any cheese that doesn’t overwhelm shrimp is good. Mayo amount can vary, I want moist not dripping. I have been using a store bought freezer garlic bread as base. Slightly undercook, spreads with mixture and then cook. Is great entree with a salad. Mix can be refrigerated and used as needed (within a couple days). Hope you enjoy!
