2 lbs lean trimmed beef sirloin steak
1 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper
4 garlic cloves, minced
1 tbsp minced fresh rosemary or 2 tsp dried rosemary
1 tbsp minced fresh oregano or 2 tsp dried oregano

Directions:

Preheat oven to 400º

Coat a shallow cooking roasting pan with cooking spray

Season beef with salt and pepper. Transfer to prepared pan
Combine rosemary, oregano and garlic in a small bowl.
Rub herb mixture all over the beef, gently pressing the mixture into the beef with your hand to make it stick.

Roast until a thermometer inserted in center of beef reads a minimum of 145º which will take about 20-30 minutes.

Remove from oven and let it rest on the counter at least 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
