Ingredients for one pie

15 oz can of pumpkin
12 oz can of fat free evaporated milk
3/4 cup Egg Beaters egg substitute
1/2 tsp salt
1 heaping tbsp pumpkin pie spice
1 tsp vanilla
2/3 cup Splenda sweetener

Whipped cream for serving

Directions:
Directions:
Stir all ingredients in a bowl with a wire whisk.
Pour into a 9" piece pan sprayed with cooking spray (Pam)
Place in a preheated 400º oven for 15 minutes. Reduce heat to 325º and cook for an additional 30-45 minutes.

Let cool and then chill in the refrigerator until ready to serve.

Best served with low fat or non-fat whipping cream.

1/8 slide of pie = 1 weight watchers point. Entire pie is 8 points :)!
