20 oz salmon skinless
1 pkg (4 oz) garlic herb goat cheese
1 tsp. olive oil
¼ c. Greek yogurt
1 tsp. paprika
½ tsp. worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. chives

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
Heat the goat cheese in a bowl in the microwave for 20 seconds to soften.
Combine the goat cheese, Greek yogurt, and worcestershire sauce in a bowl. Stir.
Spread olive oil onto both sides of the salmon. Make cuts/slices into each of the pieces of salmon without cutting through the entire piece.
Stuff the goat cheese mixture into each of the slits.
Combine the seasonings in a bowl and mix.
Season the salmon. Top with paprika.
Spray a baking pan with cooking spray. Add the salmon.
Cover with parchment paper and bake for 15 minutes.
Remove the parchment paper. Salt and pepper to taste. Bake an additional 5 minutes.
Allow to cool. Serve!
